Beautiful but too long

I have a hard time finding dresses being petite with a larger chest and this dress was stunning, except it is made for only tall people. I’m 5’2 and even with my highest heels, it was still dragging on the floor so now I have to look into getting it hemmed. I bought another one that is similar to this and the length is the same problem . Petite length would be such a plus for some of these dresses! Disappointed but worth keeping and hoping the hem works.
